The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association owned by Asian Coatings Philippines, Inc. It debuted in the league in the 2006–07 PBA season after acquiring the franchise rights of the Shell Turbo Chargers in 2006, which disbanded after the 2004–05 PBA season.

From 1996 to 2006, the franchise played in the Philippine Basketball League, carrying the name Welcoat House Paints, Welcoat Paintmasters and the St. Benilde-Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, winning a total of six championships.

Filipínský basketbalový tým Rain or Shine je profesionální tým, který hraje v Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Tým byl založen v roce 2006 a sídlí v Pasay City. Majitelem týmu je Raymond Yu, který je také prezidentem společnosti Asian Coatings Philippines, Inc. Domovskou arénou týmu je Ynares Center Antipolo ve městě Antipolo.

Tým Rain or Shine vyhrál v PBA celkem čtyři tituly, a to v letech 2012, 2015, 2016 a 2019. V čele týmu stojí hlavní trenér Caloy Garcia. Současný tým tvoří řada talentovaných hráčů, mezi něž patří Gabe Norwood, Rey Nambatac, Beau Belga a Maverick Ahanmisi.

Rain or Shine jsou známí svým rychlým a agresivním stylem hry. Jsou také známí tím, že mají silnou týmovou chemii a jsou velmi motivovaní. Tým je oblíbený mezi filipínskými fanoušky basketbalu díky svému zábavnému a vzrušujícímu stylu hry.
